Feb. 1: Your View Today
so i thought my view today was going to be our awesome playgroup but since i’m awesome and broke my toe on the way into the shower i can’t drive there. baby decided to nap at playgroup time anyway but, ugh, i was so looking forward to seeing those ladies and my favorite babies.
is it sad that i’m so used to broken toes that when it happened i was all “oh man! wait, maybe it’s not broken…. (insert nausea and blacking out) okay, yah, it’s broken. splint it up and move on.”

i’m a pinterester now, but
apparently i don’t actually know how to use it.
in my profile it gives me the option to turn off Facebook updating, i click OFF and then Save but next time i go into my profile it’s back on. what am i doing wrong?
it automatically made me follow anyone on my FB that has a Pinterest account. i went through and unfollowed a bunch of them but then sometimes they just appear on my list of people i follow again. what am i doing wrong?
in profile is has a button to change your photo and i don’t want the same crap photo i have on FB staring at me on Pinterest. i click it and it brings me to the top of the page instead of somewhere i can change the photo. wtf? what am i doing wrong?
please, someone who knows how to use this thing… i want to like it, i really do. but WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

my dermatologist gave me a bag full of samples of a fancy cream to fix my face that’s been destroyed since pregnancy
what she didn’t give me were any of the little instruction books that tell you what NOT to do with this cream
apparently you’re not supposed to use salicylic acid products in combination with it
i found this out the hard way (and confirmed it with the internets) and am now dealing with the aftermath of my accidental homemade chemical burn peel
