ever since he’s been sleeping in his own crib we’ve had a routine of checking in on the sleeping baby just before we head to bed ourselves i think husband does it for safety, to make sure he’s not stuffed his face against anything and is stillpink and breathing i do it because i’m curious to see what kind of cute situation he’s contorted his adorable little baby body into* *this is obviously not one of those contortions but just look at those cheeks! and those lips! and how he’s apparently taken to burp cloths as a blankie, gotdamn i love this baby
