yay, i love baby/pregnancy/any questions!
our lovechild is due mid-April. except every time we have an ultrasound it measures at earlier due dates… at this rate we might have it in January. i have a feeling it has more to do with the fact that the only food i have been able to tolerate in months is all sweets. we’re gonna need a gestational diabetes test over here.
i’m feeling… better. yes, better is the word. i was feeling like i might die and we’re definitely only having one kid unless we invest in a surrogate but things are looking up now. for most people it’s true that once you hit that 12-14wk mark it’s like a switch gets flipped and everything is just Better.
and we’re a household of two TypeA anal retentive fools. we are SO finding out the gender! it’ll be our little Thanksgiving surprise. as of right now we have no guesses… still too early i guess. either that or i’m not really vested in that part.
who am i kidding, i’m praying for a little chiquita.
and ABSOFREAKINLUTELY! birdie’s nest is a GO no matter what this child has between it’s chubby lil legs. the color scheme we’re using is really neutral and cheery. of course depending on what it is we’ll play up some of the accents more than others, but overall it’s fairly neutral, even once we find out i don’t want piles of pink or blue… i much prefer yellows/oranges/greens anyway.
