let’s see, i want to give details on how it all happened but i’m pretty sure you all know the basics
what i will say is that once we started “trying” it happened MUCH quicker than we were expecting. for the average couple it takes 3-7 months to conceive, that’s what i was prepared for so when i finally caved and took the test only to see a POSITIVE i was freaking....

reason #465 meteorology is a joke
on Sunday i looked at the 10 day forecast for CT to see what i’d need, it said HIGH of 68 for Saturday and rain on Sunday
i checked again on Tuesday to see if the rain forecast had changed, hmm, now it said HIGH of 74 for Saturday
today i look again before i pack and whaddayaknow it’s HIGH of 81 for Sat.

we turned the house over for DAYS and i was a prisoner in my own home with no license to drive. and sure enough i move a random beach bag and there it is!

i haven’t had a free weekend in 3 weeks
i don’t have another free weekend until Halloween.
this is what college football season is.
our weekends are completely booked between attending home games and travelling to away games with a quick trip to see friends and family in CT thrown in.
