i’m back
Tokyo was AMAZEBALLS!
i’m currently in decompression and dealing with the depression that is being back in our city/job/every day mode. i will post more when i’m back in the swing of it… and when i’ve finally downloaded our 1k pictures.
- dog is dropped off at the boarding place (boarder?)
- bags are packed (kinda)
- music is being uploaded to an iPod (as much possible in what little time is left)
- snack bags are all set and ready for distribution (except the bite size snickers, those are ALL MINE)
- japanese was not brushed up on (i fear it may be offensive to use as is)
- new camera is all tested out and ready for photos...

How long will you be there for?
we’ll be gone a week which means we’ll really only be there for 5 days. right now it seems like a short time but i’m sure that by day 4 i’ll be homesick and miss our dog and Taco Bell anyway.

most mornings i wake up, head downstairs, open the cupboard, grab a bowl, place it on the counter, grab a glass, place it next to the bowl. then i grab a box of cereal from the pantry and pour it into the bowl, put it away, open the fridge, grab the juice with one hand, and milk with the other, open the juice and pour it into my cereal. it never fails. you’d think i’d learn.
