when i was getting ready for pregnancy i researched any and every warning that i should heed, i listed them out for a friend here

my brother in law might have to deliver my baby
so i called my old OBGYN in Richmond
since we now have an estimated time frame for when we’ll be back up there i thought it would be worth checking in with them to see what i might need to do to get on to her schedule once we move up there and i’m 8 months pregnant.
as it turns out they, and most other OBGYNs, don’t take new patients who are more than 6 months pregnant....

baby kicks are very very common. every single day there are small periods a few times a day where it kicks me like a crazy person. i’m convinced baby is in there with it’s back braced against my uterus and is just pounding away with it’s little feet. it’s fun though, sometimes a little distracting but still so neat.

and i just can't hide it
i knew i was happy to be getting back to Richmond eventually but i didn’t realize exactly how psyched i was about it until i was sitting in front of my friends up there over the weekend and sharing the good news with them. i was BEAMING. i couldn’t contain my excitement or wipe the silly smile off my face, i even jumped up and down and clapped and YAYYYed with them. it was awesome.

great we’ve been on the market less than a week and have a contract on our house

still so great we’ll be back in Richmond by February and that gives us some time to get a nursery together before the baby pops out!
